Oma and Opa Althuis are visiting and surprised Sam with an early birthday gift - a new Firetruck! Needless to say, Sam loves it! Anything that's red, has wheels, and can be pushed is always a hit! He's having a great time with Elfried and Anneke...it had been too long since we'd seen them!

It is so nice to have a diary on the computer for your children. So family around the world can follow what is happening in a grandson or granddaughter's life. Could you help me out if Elfried and Anneke lived around 1959 in Leiden Holland? We lived on Rapenburg 50 with Elfried and Anneke Althuis for a short while. We even spend a holiday with the family on the isle of Terschelling. We stille have pictures from the kids from that event.
